Return & Refund Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch if the ordered product is unavailable or out of stock.
In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.
If you wish to cancel an order after dispatch, the request will be treated under our Goods Return Policy mentioned below.
Goods Return Policy
Customers may return goods within 15 days from the date of delivery, subject to a valid reason for return or non-acceptance of the product.
- 1. The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- 2. All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documents must be included.
- 3. The product must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
- 4. A copy of the delivery slip or invoice must be included with the return package.
- 5. Return shipping charges and transit risks will be borne by the customer.
We are not obligated to arrange collection of returned goods. However, if we arrange pickup or recovery of the goods, the applicable charges may be deducted from the refund amount or charged separately.
Refund Policy
Once the returned goods are received and inspected as per our Goods Return Policy, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
- 1. Refunds will include the product price only.
- 2. Shipping, handling, and return delivery charges are non-refundable.

Out-of-Stock Products
If any ordered product is unavailable or out of stock, we may contact you with alternative options before dispatch. You may choose to:
- 1. Cancel the order and receive a full refund for the unavailable item.
- 2. Continue with the order excluding the out-of-stock product.
- 3. Choose an alternative product, if available.
